OMNI/LITTLE NASA/BETUS.COM are thieves. They stoled 25K from me and have stolen similar amounts from others. This is the tell all on their crimes.

In July of 2002 I came to the forum to tell my story. After about 200 replies and 8,000 views it was deleted by someone at the Prescription. The Prescription claimed that they still don't know how it happened, and regret that it disappeared. So please don't ask me why I didn't tell the story before. Omni/Little Nasa/Betus.com stoled 25k from me(all the same company). They paid me some money with foreign checks that took 3 months to clear and the checks were post dated for almost a month. They made me sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" saying I would never talk of this again or post anything about it, and if I did so I would be liable for 250k. Well, they can kiss my azz. After consulting legal advice and having legal review what I signed and knowing the circumstances, I was told if my case ever went to court I would be the only one getting paid, if anyone.
I will be typing up how they stoled from me and how they continue to steal from others. I have an e-mail address set up at "betuslawsuit@aol.com that I have had numerous individuals contact me with similar problems with them that I had. This is not an isolated event. The most recent occurence just took place with one gambler two weeks ago. Another was robbed in similar fashion to myself for 20k. Others are going through today what I went through last year. Keep the e-mails coming and join the lawsuit if you wish.
I want everyone to know these guys are scum. The so called Rizzo brothers. I dealt with the scum named Joe, sometimes called Joey Rizzo. He is SCUM. LIE should be his first, middle, and last name.

I will try and type all of the story this morning, and will do it in segments.
PART ONE
On October 29, 2001 I opened my account with Omni Sportsbook(Same company as Little Nasa, Betus.com) with $15,000. I was told I would get a 50% matchplay bonus. To be broken down into 3 matchplays of $2,500 each. I was told I could use these on whatever I wanted. I was told to roll the money 4x. Meaning 15,000 + 7,500 = 22,500 x 4 = 90,000 rollover.
On November 8, 2001 I used my first match play of 2,500 on the Chicago bulls ML + 1000. The bet was taken by ERWIN in the matchplay department. This bet lost.
On November 10, 2001 I used my 2nd matchplay of 2,500 on San Diego St. NCAA football at + 800. This bet was taken by RICKY in the matchplay department. This bet lost. At this point my balance was at $15,550.
On November 13,2001 after a few good days,I started the day with a balance of $29,700. At this time I used my 3rd match play on the Cleveland Caviliers ML + 1000. This bet was taken by a female that I couldn't understand here name in the matchplay department. This bet won $25,000, and is where the trouble began.
Keep in mind all these bets were big money lines and taken by three different clerks in the matchplay department. i.e. There was no company policy saying you couldn't bet matchplays on money lines which they told me later. You would think if the person I signed up with, and 3 of 3 clerks that all had to ask for permission with the line manager before taking the bet would not be be going against any company policy would you? Of course not. They were fine taking these bets until after one hit.

PART 2
On November 28, 2001 I counted my action at over 100k, and requested a payout of 9k. They then said my action was only at 45k as they were counting the low end on everything. Even if you lose 22k on action points at 20 points to risk 1100 a point they only count it as 1k in action. I couldn't believe that, but what was I to do.
I then talked Joe Rizzo. Rizzo said I had to bet 200k before I could take any money out. Said I could take it down to 25k at that time. Then I had to bet another 200k to take the rest out. He said I shouldn't of been able to use the money line on a match play, but had no explanation as to why no one ever said anything to this effect when I placed the bets. But he said all was good as long as I give them the action.
On December 17, 2001 I requested and got $9,000. I had my action counted at over 200k. Then the next day I requested another 9k and it was never sent out. I inquired and they said my first payout shouldn't of been made as my action was at 166k. So I went with this figure.
On December 23, 2001, I got to 200k in action but they said they weren't doing payouts until January because the banks were closed. Whatever. Lying bastards. But what can I do.
On January 2, 2002, I was at 277k in action and I requested 9k and got it 4 days later. On January 3, 2002, I requested 9k and got it in due time. On January 7, 2002, I requested 9k and got it in due time as well. At this time my balance was at $52,192. Remember, I was told I could take it down to 25k after I gave 200k in action. Well future payouts were stopped by Rizzo. He now said I had to give the other 200k in action before I could take any more money out. He had no explanation other than I wanted you to keep playing as I was paying you. I was going to take it down to 25k as he had previouly said was the case. He went back on his word again here. What a lying crook he is.

PART 3
For the next four months I continued to play to get to my action. I had spoke to Nick Jones, Christian, David Bell, Alex, Olga, Ryan, Michelle, Maria, Daffny, to try and get them to have Rizzo call me and to add up my action as I had the count at 340k and wanted to make sure that when I hit 400k the money would be sent out the next day. I got the runaround from everyone of these people. They are all clueless and Joe Rizzo would never call me and damn sure wouldn't get on the phone. This company sucks.
Finally on July 3, 2002 Ryan in customer service tells me that Mike in bookmaking has counted my action at 475k. I am like ok let me get my money. THIS IS WHEN SCUM RISES TO THE SURFACE - JOE RIZZO.

PART 4
Over the next three weeks I got the run around that he will be back in the country tomorrow, or in two days, or on Monday, yada, yada, yada. I talked to Ryan, Nick Jones, Robert, David bell, Tony, Vicki, Lisa, Arturo, Andrea, Christian. You name it, I talked to them. Not one of them could get Rizzo to contact me or authorize a payout to me.
I busted my azz for over 9 months to give these bastards over 1 million in action, but only 475k by their count and I can't get my money. At this time I just want Rizzo's neck so bad.
All this builds up to everyone saying Rizzo is to be here on July 20th. Well I could never get in touch with him and he would never call me. Then the same thing on the 21st. Then on July 22, 2002 Nick Jones says Rizzo was there and is now leaving the country and won't be back until August, and will speak to me then.
Well nine months of this crap can wear one down. I told Nick Jones on July 22nd that I would wait no longer and that he is hurting me and my family by withholding the $63,507 of MY MONEY. I told Nick to tell Rizzo he is starting a WAR and it is personal now and that I will be posting and telling everyone what is going on with his CRIME RING.
On Tuesday July 23, 2002 both Nick and Robert told me there was nothing they could do to help me and that RIZZO wouldn't be back for atleast 18 days. At 9pm I posted my story on The Prescription.

PART 5
Shortly after posting on The Prescription I remembered having a direct line I called Rizzo on about 6 months prior. Low and behold it was forwarded to his cell phone and he answered it. He said he had more important things to tend to at this time and could possibly talk to me at the end of the week. Not the right answer for me. He said "you don't deserve the 25k I you won on the Bonus Play YET" What the hell, I don't deserve it yet. What a joke 475k plus in action and I was only suppossed to give 90k in action and now this. I am fumming. He said I wasn't a recreational gambler, I was a bonus whore, a middler, and I didn't give legitimate action. What a freaking joke. You got to be kidding me. I give you over 1 million in action, 475 by their count, and I'm not a recreational gambler, hell I thought I had a serious problem betting that much. But he held my money hostage. I couldn't believe my ears.
I was at 16,500 in action when I won the Bonus Play and I reluctently gave over 448k more in action by his count and over 1 million in action by my count and he now says I don't deserve the bonus. Well he needs to reimburse me for the 20k plus in juice I lost to his sorry azz. I'm surprised he didn't say the 200k you lost was legite bets, but the 300k you won was not legite so therefore you owe us money. What a joke. This is how he paid off his gambling losses, by stealing people's money like myself.

On July 23, 2002 I was having doubts about getting my money, but knew I was owed $63,507. The Shrink spoke to me and Rizzo and Rizzo said he wouldn't pay out the 25k and said I was lucky to get the $38,507 he was paying me because I spoke on the forums. What a bastard. Now I'm lucky to get anything. Rizzo has no concept of reality. I want him tried and convicted.
A condition of me getting any of my money was for me to come in here and post that I was wrong in posting and wasn't in the right frame of mind, yada, yada, yada. It tore me up to do that. But it was worth $38,507. Rizzo typed up the exact wording he wanted me to post on the RX. It was unbelievable. I will see if it is still out there and go state the real reason behind it.
I didn't receive the $38,507 until August 13, 2002. There were 8 checks total with 7 of them being for 5k. All were postdated and signed for by GARY JONNATHAN CONTRERAS VARGAS out of Mexico I believe. My bank had to send them all for collections which took up to 3 months to clear.
I hope no one ever plays there again. They will make up any excuse they can to not pay you. Any one that wins is a wise guy, non recreational player, bonus whore, middler, etc. I had never heard such bs. Rizzo I'll bet you 25k you won't come in here to defend your sorry azz. You have no defense. RIZZO YOU ARE SCUM OF THIS EARTH.

I have spoken to the person who started the forum about Little Nasa and we have found that many people who were winners were scammed by Little Nasa, Omni and Executive. They are all under the same umbrella. They simply do not pay large winners. They figure that they can cheat 1% of big winners while keeping the other 99% happy who have either lost or won small amounts. Joey's last name is not Rizzo from little Nasa but we will be checking with Big Nasa to inquire about his real name. He was a partner with Big Nasa and left on bad terms there. To be quite honest Big Nasa owners do not use their real names either. There is no such person as Greg Champion. His real name is Kaplan, Atleast they pay though.

 

I knew there had to be alot more to this story as i was continually bringing this back up, and MFG was not responding...I knew he was still around because he would post in the forum, but seemed to never answer my questions...

FVCK THEM..Rizzo and his clusterfvck book will get what it deserves...And someday Johnny Knockdown will find you Rizzpuke, I know he must read this forum....

Once again, there is no Joey Rizzo. I prefer to take legal action with as many people involved as possible. I spoke to the gentleman from Dallas once again and we are going to combine our resources to hire an attorney from Costa Rica. For one person this would not be financially realistic but as long as we may have several people involved we will have the necessary resources to fight Little Nasa. Our intention is to hire an attorney referred by the people from our Embassy.
I am new to this forum and have just signed up today in order to tell the gambling industry that I was in fact stiffed by Little Nasa for $20,000.
In my earlier comment I didn't realize who Kenny W. really is but he more than likely will be named in the lawsuit as well for allowing himself to be represented in a contract by Little Nasa in order to harm myself financially. To those who may be interested Kenny W. of the prescription made a ruling in Little Nasa's favor without my knowledge or hearing my side of the story. This document was prepared by an attorney from Miami by the name of Hartman.
I wish to thank the gentleman from Dallas for taking the initiative in getting the ball rolling against Little Nasa. He had to sign the identical contract that I signed in order to receive a portion of the money that was on account with Little Nasa.

Two years ago I was playing with Little Nasa and busted them for the crooks that they are. I was playing blackjack and had lost 20 consecutive hands. Believe me when I say I wasn't playing exotically. After the 20 I thought it was weird that it was 20 straight so I wanted to see how long this would go on. Well it went of to 53 consecutive losing hands and 15 pushes. Luckily they detail all of the casino records so I had evidence of all this. When confronted at first they said to FVCK Off. Then I got some help from Tom Somach of LVSN at the time and he got me $500 of $2000 which I lost. This story has been chronicled in the LVSN as well as the National Enquirer. "Losing 53 straight hands when playing correctly is like flipping a coin 50 times and getting heads every single time!" This incident is now 2 years old and I am past it. Little Nasa programed their software so fraudulently that they were busted for the degenerates that they are. Greg Kaplan knew what he was doing when he kicked his partner out. Since this incident, I've been told Little Nasa has changed their casino software in order to prevent incidents like this. Sure I'd like the rest of my $1500 back but at the time I was satisfied with $500 and notifying some of the public of Little Nasa's scam.
